With Old Mexico Ranch Sales, our goal is simple: to remove uncertainty from the process of owning a ranch in Mexico. Integrity defines everything we do. We guide our clients with care and intention, standing alongside them every step of the way—and long after the transaction is complete. We believe in doing things right, never rushed.
Having lived extensively in both the United States and Mexico, we bridge cultures seamlessly and communicate with complete clarity in both English and Spanish. Enrique’s roots in ranching run deep—he has been immersed in the lifestyle since the age of three. Today, alongside his family, he operates three highly successful hunting and cattle ranches in Coahuila, including the renowned Las Cuevas Ranch.
Born in Texas and raised in northern Mexico, Enrique brings a true cross-border perspective. He is a graduate of Texas A&M University in College Station (Class of 2016) and an avid outdoorsman who has guided hunters in pursuit of exceptional whitetail trophies.
Through years of hands-on experience and strong relationships within the hunting and ranching community, Enrique recognized a clear gap: for American buyers, navigating ranch ownership in Mexico often came with unnecessary uncertainty. Old Mexico Ranch Sales was created to bridge that gap—offering a buying experience that is straightforward, transparent, and guided by real expertise every step of the way.
